There&#039;s a great wealth of sherry cocktails thanks to Prohibition when American bartenders traveled to Europe to ply their trade and had a wealth of new spirits to play with (so the recipes appear in the European cocktail books written in the 20&#039;s and 30&#039;s).</description>
